Recipe 1: Grilled Salmon Fillet - 90

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the grill and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until
    the salmon is cooked through and has grill marks.
  4. While grilling, place the lemon slices on the grill and cook until they have grill marks.
  5. Remove the salmon and lemon slices from the grill.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic and chopped parsley over the grilled salmon fillets.
  7. Serve the grilled salmon hot with the grilled lemon slices on the side.

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form them
    into burger patties. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes
    per side for medium-rare or longer for your preferred doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill until lightly browned.
  6. Prepare the sauce by mixing barbecue sauce and mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing the cooked patties on the toasted buns.
    Add lettuce, tomato, and onion slices. Drizzle the sauce over the burger.
  8. Serve the Boston Ultimate Burger hot with your favorite side dishes.
